## **UX Designer**

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to support a digital transformation initiative. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to understand user needs, facilitate workshops, define requirements, and translate business requirements into user journeys, process flows, and wireframes.

#### **Key Responsibilities:**

- Define target audience and success metrics with key stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder interviews and questionnaires to gather feedback
- Analyse data points and evaluate heuristics for actionable insights
- Facilitate workshops to elicit requirements and identify assumptions
- Guide the team to identify personas and map as-is and to-be user journeys
- Facilitate information architecture creation using tools such as card-sorting and tree-testing
- Conduct benchmark analysis of relevant websites
- Perform usability tests to validate user behaviour and assumptions
- Create wireframes and user flows based on discovery findings
- Ensure alignment of designs to relevant design kits and WOG standards
- Refine designs based on validated results and stakeholder feedback
- Work with stakeholders to ensure designs can be implemented on Optical
- Provide and hand over high-fidelity prototypes for both desktop and mobile to the implementation team

#### **Key Requirements:**

- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, UX Consultant, Product Analyst, Service Designer, or a related role.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience facilitating workshops and requirement discovery sessions.
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Visio, Miro, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical and user-centric solutions.
