#### **About the Role**

We are seeking a **Senior Visual/UI Designer** to craft user-centric and visually engaging digital experiences. You will play a key role in **designing interfaces** for web and mobile applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and brand consistency.

#### **Your Responsibilities**

- **User Interface Design** – Develop intuitive and aesthetically appealing **interfaces** for websites and applications.
- **Graphic & Visual Design** – Create icons, illustrations, and other UI assets, ensuring brand consistency.
- **Responsive & Adaptive Design** – Design layouts that work seamlessly across **various screen sizes and devices**.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping** – Build **low-fidelity wireframes** and **interactive prototypes** to test design concepts.
- **UX Collaboration** – Work closely with UX researchers to **understand user needs and improve user experiences**.
- **Style Guides & Design Systems** – Maintain **design systems** to ensure consistency across platforms.
- **Usability & Accessibility** – Conduct **usability testing** and implement **accessible design principles**.
- **Iterative Design** – Continuously refine and evolve designs based on user feedback and testing.

#### **What We Are Looking For**

- **5+ years** of experience as a **Visual/UI/Web Designer**.
- Degree or Diploma in **Design, HCI, or a related field**, or equivalent practical experience.
- A **strong portfolio** showcasing **visually appealing** and **user-friendly UI designs**.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma**, or other industry-standard tools.
- Solid understanding of **layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy**.
- Experience working in **cross-functional teams**, collaborating with developers and UX researchers.
- Knowledge of **web and mobile technologies** and their impact on design feasibility.
- Ability to stay updated on **design trends, tools, and emerging technologies**.

#### **Bonus Skills**

- Experience with **front-end development** (HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, Responsive Web Design).
