**Position:** SENIOR JOINERY ESTIMATOR (COMMERCIAL JOINERY)

**Salary range**: Php 100,000/month _(The final amount will be at the the client discretion basing on the candidate’s skills and experience.)_

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior estimator who is comfortable working with ERP-driven processes, understands commercial joinery, and can operate independently with minimal hand-holding.

### Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for **commercial joinery projects**.
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, schedules, and tender documentation.
- Establish project scope and identify exclusions, assumptions, and potential risks.
- Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing.
- Prepare accurate and commercially sound tender submissions.
- Maintain accurate project and estimating information within **Innergy ERP**.
- Check quantities, pricing, and data thoroughly before tender submission.
- Communicate with clients and relevant stakeholders regarding tender requirements and clarifications.
- Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and project teams to ensure estimating information is accurate and complete.
- Maintain high-quality estimating documentation.
- Support continuous improvement of estimating processes and workflows.

- Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience working within structured estimating and ERP-driven workflows.
