**OVERVIEW**:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Credit Analyst to become a key driver of the client's operations.

This is not a junior processing role. You will play a strategic, client-focused role where your expertise directly influences deal outcomes. We are seeking someone who understands the “why” behind credit decisions, not just the process.

You will take ownership of the end-to-end loan lifecycle, from structuring and assessment through to submission and approval, working on a wide range of complex lending scenarios including:

- Self-employed lending (Full-doc & Alt-doc)
- Refinancing, equity releases, and portfolio expansion (4+ properties)
- SMSF lending
- (Bonus) Exposure to commercial lending or asset finance
