1. Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
 2. Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling
 3. Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
 4. Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system

Your experience and skills include:

 1. Guest focused personality is essential
 2. Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or a related system
 3. Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
 4. Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
