Minimum Qualifications

• Proven Channel & Distribution Track Record: Demonstrated success in channel development, partner sales, or strategic alliances with an explicit focus on driving, activating, and scaling value added distribution models.
• Ecosystem Scaling Experience: Proven ability to build programmatic partner recruitment, onboarding, and enablement engines through regional and local Value-Added Distributors (VADs).
• Domain Fluency: Solid understanding of cloud security, cloud architecture, SaaS, and modern cybersecurity sales motions.
• Regional SEA Expertise: Deep established relationships and operational experience across the South East Asia partner and distribution landscape.
• Sustained Quota Overachievement: Consistent track record of exceeding revenue quotas, accelerating pipeline generation, and scaling partner-sourced contributions in high-growth enterprise SaaS environments.

• Executive Presence & Influence: Exceptional negotiation and storytelling capabilities to influence distributor C-suite executives, alliance directors, and commercial business leaders.
