This individual will serve a key function in managing environmental investigation and remediation projects, with an emphasis on New Jersey regulatory matters under the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Contaminated Site Remediation and Redevelopment Program and the Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) framework. The role will also support Pennsylvania projects conducted under the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act (Act 2) program, and other state and federal regulatory frameworks. This individual will deliver technically excellent services, develop practical and defensible strategies for complex sites, prepare technical proposals and reports, supervise field investigations, manage staff, and interact with clients, regulators, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
