Define, build, and run Okta's global strategy and program framework for its Services Partner ecosystem.
Secure Every Identity, from AI to HumanIdentity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence.
This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk.
Partner Services Senior Program Manager
Okta is seeking a senior leader to define, build, and operate the global strategy and program framework for our Services Partner ecosystem.
Services Partners including global and regional systems integrators, consultancies, implementation partners, and managed service providers—play a critical role in helping customers realize value from Okta. They extend our ability to advise customers, design identity architectures, deploy and integrate Okta, drive adoption, and deliver ongoing managed services.
This role will own the strategy, architecture, and operating model for the Services Partner program. This leader will build the programs, standards, partner journeys, enablement frameworks, governance, measurement systems, and cross-functional mechanisms that help the right partners build differentiated Okta practices and deliver consistently strong customer outcomes.
This is a senior builder role. You will set the strategic direction for how Okta develops and scales its Services Partner ecosystem, while also doing the hands-on work required to make that strategy operational: defining partner tiers and requirements, launching specializations, building program processes, creating partner-facing materials, setting success metrics, and continuously improving the experience.
The ideal candidate is equally credible in an executive strategy discussion and a working session on program design. They have strong judgment about services partner ecosystems and SaaS business models, a demonstrated history of building global services programs.
