### Who You Are

- A minimum of 7 - 10+ years experience in strategy consulting and/or in-house strategy roles, with exposure to Southeast Asian markets, ideally including media, consumer internet or subscription businesses
- Outstanding analytical and modeling skills - you extract logic and meaningful conclusions from complex business problems, and build business cases that are rigorous and usable
- Excellent writing and visual communication - your memos and decks are decision-quality without editing: structured, persuasive and instantly credible
- Just as comfortable building a market business case as fixing a broken planning process
- A self-starter and natural collaborator in flat, cross-functional organisations - you define the problem, structure the work and drive to output with minimal direction
- Low ego, high drive - you measure your impact by the quality of the decisions you enable, not by who gets the credit
- Fluent with AI tools in analytical and writing workflows - you use them to move faster and think sharper
- Fluent in English; command of one or more regional languages is a plus
