The company is building systems across marketing, advertising, content production, social media, lead management, and CRM workflows to reduce manual processes and support more efficient operations.

## Role Overview

The **Marketing Operations & Automation Specialist** will build, manage, and optimize the automation systems supporting marketing and business operations. This role focuses on developing reliable workflows using n8n, GoHighLevel, Meta, Google Workspace, and AI tools to streamline advertising operations, lead management, content production, social media, and administrative processes.

**Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST**

## Key Responsibilities

### Marketing Automation & Systems Integration

- Build, maintain, and optimize automated workflows using n8n, GoHighLevel, Meta, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and AI tools.
- Connect marketing and operational platforms through APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Identify repetitive marketing and business processes that can be replaced with automated workflows.
- Monitor existing automations, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain reliable system performance.
- Document automation configurations and establish best practices for system maintenance and usability.
- Develop workflows that support efficient data movement between marketing and operational systems.

### Meta Advertising Operations & Reporting

- Support the operational execution of Meta advertising campaigns, including creative production, campaign launches, tracking, and reporting.
- Build automated workflows to streamline advertising operations and reduce manual coordination.
- Automate campaign performance reporting and tracking processes.
- Connect creative production workflows with advertising execution.
- Improve the organization and efficiency of Meta advertising processes through automation.

### GoHighLevel & Lead Management Automation
