**What You’ll Do**

- Integrate & Deliver: Connect operators, CPaaS providers, and cloud platforms to Aduna’s global API ecosystem.
- Lead & Launch: Lead technical integrations from design workshops through production launch.
- Troubleshoot & Solve: Investigate API, cloud service, and platform issues, guiding customers and partners through technical challenges.
- Deploy & Operate: Deploy and operate cloud-native services across AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes environments.
- Automate & Improve: Automate processes and continuously improve how integrations are delivered.
- Collaborate & Partner: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, customers, and partners worldwide.

**What You Bring**

- Experience in system integration, cloud engineering, DevOps, platform operations, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with APIs and distributed systems.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, Git, and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in automation/scripting (Python, Shell, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both engineers and customers.

**✨ Bonus**

- Experience in telecommunications, CPaaS, or API platforms.
- Knowledge of OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.
- Familiarity with GitOps, SRE practices, and observability tools such as New Relic, Grafana, or ELK.
