• An unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing your 'food stories' with our patrons.

• The confidence to explain our menu to guests with gusto, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as providing enthusiastic assistance when recommending wine and beverages.

• An ability to find the "Yes" in every situation.

• A passion for maximising sales in every upsell opportunity.

• A calm nature in the midst of a fast-paced environment.

• A team player with the ability to assist in all areas of F&B operations during peak times.

• Previous customer service experience.

• Experienced in A la carte/Wine service/Coffee making is preferred.

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate

• The ability and flexibility to work 3 to 4 shifts over 7 days, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
