Lead the daily operation of in-room dining, overseeing order flow, delivery timing, and guest service standards.
In-Room Dining is not a convenience, it is a curated, elevated extension of our culinary experience. Leading it requires intention, discretion, and an intuitive understanding of how guests want to feel in their private space.
As Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll oversee an operation that blends restaurant-level food and beverage with quiet precision, emotional intelligence, and impeccable timing. You’ll shape In-Room Dining as a calm, seamless, and indulgent experience, from order taking to delivery, ensuring every interaction feels thoughtful, unrushed, and deeply considered.
