### RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform financial reconciliations with partners following established procedures and guidelines.
- Review completed reconciliations to check the accuracy and completeness of results.
- Assist with analyzing outstanding accounts payable (AP) balances and reviewing AP alerts to identify discrepancies and items requiring further investigation.
- Audit financial documentation in Box to check report availability, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
- Review financial reports and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Assist with reviewing and updating accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows and process documentation.
- Maintain and update Finance Operations documentation and procedures in Confluence.
- Document reconciliation procedures, key learnings, identified discrepancies, and potential process improvements.
- Support the team with recurring financial operations tasks and other operational activities as required.
