We are looking for a highly talented and motivated Executive Assistant who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment while supporting our VP of Corporate Enterprise Sales, NYC.

As an Executive Assistant within our Enterprise sales organization at Verkada, you will have high visibility across executive leadership. You will ensure that the day-to-day operations of the enterprise sales organization run smoothly. You are responsible for providing operational support with a strong focus on customer service, while working in collaboration with internal teams. You will be supporting the Enterprise Sales Leadership team in day to day operations such as calendar management, event planning, and other ad-hoc tasks.

This role reports directly to the VP of Corporate Enterprise Sales, NYC.

What You'll Do

• Partner directly with Leadership to ensure our day to day operations and functions run smoothly.
• Drive internal and external meetings - coordination, scheduling, organizing and event planning.
• Manage & maintain a strategic calendar: monitor & schedule calendar requests.
• Be a strong support to leadership by taking on administrative duties to better support your executives (EX. taking notes, tracking action items, booking travel/accommodations, etc).
• Understand prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Ad Hoc request that supports the Enterprise sales teams.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees by managing requests & facilitating a positive office experience.
• Facilitate the management of an ongoing delightful employee experience by providing operational support and maintaining the general organization and aesthetic of the physical office spaces.
• Build an active relationship with business partners and teams to assess team allocations and occupancy needs as well as conference room usage.
