### About the Business

This is for an e-commerce business specialising in red light and near-infrared light therapy products for people, dogs, cats and horses.

The business offers a growing range of products, including face masks, yoga mats and caps for people, therapy pads, leg wraps and jackets for pets, and bell boots and therapy wraps for horses. Kataki positions its products as a science-backed, drug-free approach to recovery and wellbeing.

Kataki sells directly to customers through its Shopify store and is supported by an active social media presence. As the business grows, it needs dependable systems, a well-maintained online store and a consistent customer experience from first click through to delivery.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to support Kataki across four key areas: Shopify maintenance and conversion optimisation, social media advertising and content, backend order processing and customer service.

The successful candidate will keep the Shopify store running smoothly and converting well, plan and manage paid social campaigns, produce engaging content, and make sure orders flow accurately between Shopify and Odoo, with stock levels kept up to date.

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable moving between marketing, systems and operations work. They should be able to identify what needs attention and follow tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.

The position will initially be part-time at 25–30 hours per week, with the expectation of moving to full-time within approximately 3 months as order volume and responsibilities grow.

The key objective is to help Kataki grow online sales while keeping store, order and customer operations accurate, efficient and well organised.
