As Director, People Partner Specialist, you will architect this function from the ground up, lead a high-performing team, and establish a best-in-class support model globally. This is a unique opportunity to build, lead, and optimize a critical HR function during a period of strategic modernization. If you love the rare combination of designing the system and running the system, this is the job.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Design the global tiering framework and routing logic for a function with no precedent, co-creating boundaries with HR Operations and HRBP leaders and owning the final decisions with executive sign-off.
- Lead the pilot, measurement, and scale-up of the service model in partnership with HR Operations and HRBP leaders, using resolution time, manager satisfaction, and HRBP capacity as the markers of success.

- Advise senior leaders and their managers on complex people matters and organizational change, coaching them on management practices, team dynamics, and conflict resolution.
- Set the standards for, and govern, the playbooks, tools, and enablement that build manager capability across the entire organization, while leading key manager-facing programs such as performance management, talent reviews, and engagement.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
