- Influence product and engineering strategy across Datadog by bringing deep expertise in visualization, performance, user experience, and large-scale product engineering

**Who You Are:**

- An experienced engineering leader who has led a large, multi-team engineering organization and developed engineering managers and senior technical leaders
- Experience leading engineering teams responsible for data-intensive products, visualization platforms, analytics, business intelligence, notebooks, or other products where presenting complex information clearly is central to the user experience
- A strong partner to Product and Design, with experience making technical and product decisions where usability, visual quality, and engineering architecture are closely connected
- Technically grounded, with a computer science or equivalent technical background and the ability to engage deeply on software architecture, performance, and systems tradeoffs
- Experience building performant product experiences and solving engineering challenges involving large or complex datasets, responsive interfaces, or computationally intensive workflows
- Interested in how AI-assisted development and agent-based interfaces are changing the way users create, explore, and interact with software and data
