## Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **SAP SAC, HANA, and Datasphere Analyst** to design, build, and optimize our enterprise data and reporting landscape. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical data engineering and business reporting. You will work hands-on with SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA modeling, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to deliver scalable data models, interactive dashboards, and actionable business insights.

## Job Responsibilities

- Effectively research and develop statistical learning models for data analysis and perform manipulations and visualization of business data using data visualization tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with IT and other disciplines team to establish business needs; analyze and interpret large amounts of data, provide analysis and recommendations.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques; identify and define new data collection and analysis processes.
- Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data
- Consult with project teams and advise on the selection of visualization software and convert any existing data into the appropriate format.
- Recommend new approaches and ideas that continuously improve efficiency and services
- Remain current on technology practices, guidelines, and best management practices as well as attend internal training and external seminars to expand knowledge and skills.
- Maintain an understanding of in-house resources and external sources of information and technology
- Participate in cross-discipline training and assist with projects outside one’s own discipline (data collection or reduction, design assistance, field assistance).

## Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field;
- Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc);
- Demonstrated understanding of data mining techniques and ability to apply techniques in practical business environment;
