Our Head Chef Ben is currently seeking a passionate and reliable **Part-Time Commis Chef** to join our culinary team . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their culinary career within a supportive and dynamic kitchen environment.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and related outlets
- Ensure excellent food presentation standards
- Assist in the preparation and production of service
- Ensure kitchen equipment is maintained, serviced, and cleaned
- Report any maintenance or operational issues to the Head Chef
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times

- Availability to work **3–4 days per week**
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
- Ability to lead by example and maintain a strong safety culture
- Must hold valid Australian working rights
