We are seeking a dedicated and organized **Social Media Manager** to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for engaging with our online community, managing social media accounts, and ensuring a positive brand presence across various platforms. You will collaborate with marketing, customer support, and other teams to enhance the overall online experience.

**Position:** Social Media Manager

**Salary:** PHP 50,000 - PHP 70,000/month

**Working Hours & Conditions:** Mondays to Fridays, 7:00AM to 4:00PM; full-time (remote)

**Qualifications:**

- 1 - 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Specialist, or similar role
- **Must have social media management experience with Australian or New Zealand clients, companies, brands or agencies**
- Strong experience in **social media advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)**
- Experience using scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong copywriting and content planning skills
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
