We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve our website’s visibility and organic performance.

You will play a key role in increasing search rankings, driving qualified organic traffic, and generating high-quality leads through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of keyword research, content optimization, link-building strategies, and analytics, with a data-driven approach to continuously improve search performance across digital channels.

Position: SEO Specialist

Salary: PHP 50,000 - PHP 70,000/month (flexible for more experienced candidates)

Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays, 6:00AM to 3:00PM; full-time (remote)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1 - 3 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
• Must have experience handling New Zealand or Australian digital marketing accounts or clients
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
• PORTFOLIO is required.
