We are seeking a dedicated and organized **Recruitment Consultant** to join our team at Pear Tree. In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide market insights, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to build lasting client and candidate relationships are essential for success in this position.

**Position:**Recruitment Consultant

**Salary:** PHP 60,000 - PHP 65,000/month

**Working Hours & Conditions:** AU business hours; Mondays to Fridays, 6:30AM to 3:30PM PH Time; full-time (remote)

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Recruiter with full end-to-end recruitment responsibility
- **Mandatory experience recruiting for Australian clients**
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and hiring roles within the Australian mortgage industry, including:
- Strong client management experience, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and build long-term relationships
- Proven ability to work effectively in a **fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment**
- Experience working in or supporting an Australian recruitment agency is highly preferred
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools
- Familiarity with Australian hiring practices, recruitment processes, and market expectations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Experience using ATS platforms such as Workable, and Hubspot (CRM)
- Ability to work remotely and align with Australian business hours
