We are seeking a dedicated and organized **Property Manager / Real Estate Virtual Assistant** to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of properties, coordinating with tenants and owners, and supporting day-to-day real estate operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth property management, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the growth of our real estate portfolio.

**Position:** Property Manager / Real Estate Virtual Assistant

**Salary:** PHP 50,000 - PHP 70,000/month

**Working Hours & Conditions:** Mondays to Fridays, 6:00AM to 3:00PM; full-time (remote)

**Requirements**

**Qualifications:**

- 1 - 3 years of experience in property management or real estate, **specifically within Australia or New Zealand**
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in property management tools, such as **Console, PropertyMe, Re-Leased, Rentec, or MRI Software**, is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
