We are seeking a dedicated and organized **Project Manager** to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

**Position:** Project Manager

**Salary:** PHP 50,000 - PHP 70,000/month

**Working Hours & Conditions:** Mondays to Fridays, 7:00AM to 4:00PM; full-time (remote)

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
