We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented**Press Brake Operator** to join our team at QC Engineering. This full-time role involves operating and setting Durma and LVD CNC Press Brakes, interpreting engineering drawings, and ensuring accurate, high-quality sheet metal production. The successful candidate will work with the ERP system to support smooth production workflows and maintain high standards of accuracy and finish. This role requires CNC press brake experience, strong attention to detail, the ability to read engineering drawings, and an understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles.

**Salary:** (flexible for more experienced candidates)

**Working Hours & Conditions:** Afternoon Shift: 2.30pm – 11.30pm; 4 days per week; full-time (remote)

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience operating **CNC Press Brakes** is highly preferred.
- Experience with **Durma and/or LVD Press Brakes** is an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand **engineering/technical drawings**.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Understanding of **LEAN manufacturing principles**.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
- Experience working with an **ERP system** is an advantage.
