We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented**Paralegal** to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will provide essential support to our legal team, assisting with a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our legal and compliance functions.
**Position:** Paralegal

**Salary:** PHP 50,000 - PHP 80,000/month (depending on skills and experience)

**Working Hours & Conditions:** Mondays to Fridays, 7:00AM to 4:00PM; full-time (remote)

Your responsibilities will include:

As a Paralegal, you will play a **key role in supporting the legal team**, ensuring that cases and legal matters are handled efficiently and accurately.

**Requirements**

**Qualifications:**

- 1–3 years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or in a similar legal support role.
- Experience working in **Australian legal practice** or with **Australian law** is **required**.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with legal practice management software (e.g., LEAP Legal, Smokeball, Clio, Actionstep, and MyCase) is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive legal information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Experience in a remote working environment is a plus.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed.
