We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **Estimator / Quantity Surveyor** to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and cost breakdowns for construction projects. You will play a key role in supporting tendering and project planning, ensuring pricing accuracy, cost efficiency, and alignment with project requirements across residential and commercial projects.

**Position:** Estimator/Quantity Surveyor

**Salary:** PHP 60,000 - PHP 70,000/month (flexible for more experienced candidates)

**Working Hours & Conditions:** Mondays to Fridays, 7:00AM to 4:00PM; full-time (remote)

**Holidays**: Australian Holidays

**Qualifications:**

- 1 - 3 years of proven experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in construction.
- Experience working on **Australian construction projects** is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing.
- Ability to read and interpret Australian construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience using estimating and take-off tools such as **Bluebeam, CostX, PlanSwift, Excel**, or similar software.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
- **Portfolio** is required.
