We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **CRM Specialist**to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining our CRM system to support sales and business operations. You’ll play a key role in configuring pipelines, automating workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and improve overall customer and sales processes.

**Position:** CRM Specialist

**Salary:** PHP 50,000 – PHP 100,000 (depending on experience and technical depth)

**Working Hours & Conditions:** Mondays to Fridays, AU/NZ business hours; 6:00AM to 3:00PM PH Time; full-time (remote)

**Requirements**

**Qualifications:**

- Proven, demonstrable experience building CRMs, campaigns, and automations
- Previous agency experience — managing multiple client accounts simultaneously is non-negotiable
- Hands-on CRM experience — **Pipedrive**strongly preferred, or equivalent (**GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo**)
- Strong working knowledge of automation logic, segmentation, and email campaign management
- Ability to build reporting dashboards and communicate results clearly to clients
- You ask questions, flag blockers early, and speak up — this is non-negotiable and you will be tested on it
- Quick, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities at pace.
- **Portfolio** inbuilding CRMs, campaigns, and automations is **required**

**Bonus points:**

- Middleware experience — **Zapier, Make,**or **n8n**
- Exposure to **AI agent development** or broader workflow automation
