We are seeking an experienced and highly organized **Architectural Project Manager** to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects across Australia and New Zealand from concept through to completion. You will oversee design coordination, documentation, consultant management, and project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations and regulatory standards.
**Position:** **Architectural Project Manager**

**Salary:** PHP65,000 - PHP100,000 (flexible for more experienced candidates)

**Working Hours & Conditions:** AU/NZ business hours; Mondays to Fridays, 6:00AM to 3:00PM; full-time (remote)

**Holidays**: Australian/New Zealand Holidays

**Requirements**

**Qualifications:**

- 3- 5 years of proven experience working on Australian and/or New Zealand projects
- Proven experience in architectural project management or senior architectural coordination roles
- Solid understanding of AU/NZ building codes, standards, and construction processes
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD (BIM experience required)
- Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setup
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in residential, commercial, and/or mixed-use developments preferred
- **Portfolio** is required.
