We are seeking an experienced and client-focused **Account Manager** to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring client satisfaction, driving account retention, and identifying opportunities for business growth. You’ll play a key role in serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Experience in the Employer of Record (EOR), Contractor of Record (COR), or global workforce solutions industry would be highly advantageous.

**Position:** Account Manager

**Salary:** PHP 60,000 - PHP 80,000/month ((depending on the candidate's relevant experience and skill set)

**Working Hours & Conditions:** Mondays to Fridays, 7:00AM to 4:00PM; full-time (remote)
